We created Master Quest Pathways to Inward Journeys was created with the following intentions:

• That all children who come in contact with this software program learn at least one technique that makes their life easier physically and emotionally.

• Children learn basic behavioral and emotional balance.

• Children gain confidence and conscious self-direction.

• Children learn to slow down and make decisions from a calm, centered place.

• As kids learn these basic skills, it leads to an increase in self-empowerment which builds self-awareness, self-control and increased self-esteem.

These skills help build a self-management base in children that allows educators and parents a chance to work with them in a productive satisfying way.

Included in the manual are ideas to help you support your child as they learn. We encourage parents and teachers to join in and learn the techniques with the kids. When situations arise you can help each other out by reminding each other to use your powers. The younger you are when you learn these techniques, of course, the easier it is to change.

We hope Master-Quest helps kids change the way they see their future and health behaviors. It is our intent to help them understand how to enhance their quality of life. They can achieve peak performance in their daily lives, and enjoy it in ways they could not before.
